1. Services

Website content describes residential remodeling services we may offer in Washington, D.C. and surrounding Maryland and Northern Virginia communities. Information on the site is for general purposes and does not create a binding contract until a written agreement is signed.

2. Estimates

Estimates and proposals are based on the information you provide and an assessment of the project scope. Final pricing may change if conditions, selections, or scope change.

3. Licensing

We are licensed in Maryland (MHIC#166906) and Washington, D.C. (DC#410526000408). Work is performed in accordance with applicable codes and permit requirements for each project.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its operation
• Do not submit false or fraudulent contact requests
• Do not use site content without permission for commercial republication

5. Intellectual property

Site design, text, logos, and project photos are owned by Four Remodeling or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use. Project work is governed by the separate written contract for that job.
